Exam practise
P.E.E.T paragraphs
Point - An idea, category or piece of terminology
Example - A specific thing (text, company, aspect of the case study, statistics) from real world media
Explain - Justify your point. Relate to questions and command verb. possibly given an opinion. State why the examples are appropriate.
Theory - Where appropriate, link it to the theory. Don't just drop the theory in, really be specific.
========================================================================
On average, for every 3 marks you want a P.E.E paragraph
16-18 marks = 4 P.E.E.T paragraphs
20 marks = 4-5 P.E.E.T paragraphs
CONCLUSION IS NEEDED ALWAYS
In a debate question you have to argue both sides of the point however it doesn't need to be balanced.
